Description
Indian Student Association is a non-profit, student-run, voluntary organization recognized by the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. Our strength as an organization lies in the unconditional support of our members and the UMD community. ISA organizes cultural and social events on campus to spread awareness of the rich, vibrant Indian culture. We assist in student transition to the new environment at UMD through events that promote the interaction of students from different parts of the world. Also, we provide services necessary to meet the needs of Indian students. ISA boasts a diverse group of members from various parts of India representing different cultures, religions, languages, castes, colors, creeds, thereby contributing to the diversity on the university campus. We believe that student involvement has a beneficial impact on the overall students' experience. So, join us in spreading culture, joy, and humane spirit at UMD.
